BOGIE

Hey! Man, it's been awhile....anyway, I've been wanting to do more caricatures of old Hollywood stars. So I started with Humphrey Bogart. There is a funny coincidence with this piece. When I started this piece I looked at other Bogie caricatures on line. Just about every one had him wearing the fedora and trenchcoat. So I decided I wasn't gonna do that. I did him just wearing a gray jacket. Now, I finished this last week but last night I was making a jpeg of it and I happened to turn on Turner Classic Movies and Casablanca was on. And there's Bogie, wearing the white tuxedo and bowtie macking Ingrid Bergman. So at the last minute I changed him into the tux and tie. And it works better! Funny how things work out....
